Our Commitment

At Viraloid AI, we stand behind our service. We offer clear, fair refund terms so you can purchase with confidence.

Credit Packs (One-Time Purchase)

Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of the purchased credits have been used.

How to Request: Email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email
  • Order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request (optional)

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Non-Eligibility: Refunds are not available if more than 20% of credits have been used, or if the 7-day window has passed.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Credits from the current billing period remain available until the period ends.
  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Annual Subscriptions

  • If you cancel within the first 30 days and have used fewer than 10% of your annual credits, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining months.
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions follow the same policy as monthly subscriptions: no refunds, but credits are retained until the subscription period ends.

Service Failure Credits

If a video generation fails due to a platform error on our end (not due to your prompt content or input), the credits charged for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours. You will see the refunded credits in your credit history.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized account access or fraud
  • Significant and prolonged platform outages
